Capital Improvement Projects

Capital Improvement Projects are derived from the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The CIP identifies projects required through the ultimate General Plan build-out of the City to build, improve, and maintain the City’s Infrastructure.

Pavement Rehabilitation and Preservation Project

The construction contract for Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Program FY 23-24 Project was approved by the City Council on May 7, 2024.

The City of Moreno Valley has received funding from CalRecycle's "Rubberized Pavement Grant Program", in combination with the majority of the budget approved by the City Council, for completing this project. This project is to provide pavement rehabilitation and pavement preservation for approximately 12 arterial and collector and 122 local street segments citywide. Learn more about this project.
