    New developments have to address the impacts of stormwater runoff as part of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). This section has documents outlining development compliance with the Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP), as well as a checklist and template for submitting project information.
