Capital Improvement Plan
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) identifies projects required through the ultimate General Plan build-out of the City to build, improve, and maintain the City’s infrastructure.
The CIP is published every two years and includes new and continuing capital projects. Previously approved projects remain with each revision and are carried over until the project or designated project phase is complete. The CIP also includes information about completed projects.
